Kenwood KX-2060 Stereo Cassette Deck- EXCLNT Cond. Tested- for parts/repair. Condition is "For parts or not working". KENWOOD KX-2060 Stereo Cassette Deck, Fine Bias Tuning And REC Calibration, 3 Head FERRITE Heads, double Dolby system. Soft touch tape mechanism. This Deck is being SOLD AS-IS, No Warranty, No Guarantee, NO RETURNS. SOLD FOR PARTS/REPAIR - It is in original condition. It looks like the cover has never been removed. That means it has the original belts, and has never been serviced. I would recommend a basic transport service and belt replacement by a qualified technician. This Kenwood KX-2060 is from a large audio enthusiasts collection.THIS Was Kenwoods TOP OF THE LINE Cassette DECK IN 1980. It is in really nice condition. The faceplate is clean and straight- there are a couple small scratches near the left upper corner and right upper corner. The cover is clean with no dents- there are a few micro nicks near the lt side upper edge. So minor hard to see in the photos- Overall this deck is as nice as you will find. Whoever owned this deck took good care of it. SEE PHOTOS. Also ALL Knobs and TOGGLE SWITCHES are intact on this machine. It is common on this Model to have Broken Toggle Switches. THIS ONE HAS good toggle switches. I did some basic testing to describe the condition. I put a tape in and powered the deck up. ALL the transport functions are operating. Play, FF, REW, STOP, PAUSE, REC. I tried the tape calibration process, And I think It is working, But one of indicator lamps did not light up. (Lower lamp 10kHz) The lamp could be burnt out, OR I just didn't do it right. FOR THIS REASON- THE DECK IS BEING SOLD FOR PARTS/REPAIR. Everything seems to be working, but because I can't confirm every single function- IT IS FOR PARTS/REPAIRPlease look at the photos for further description. Please ask any questions before buying.
