Supported operations for this biomedical organization focused on FDA product “The Ahmed Glaucoma Valve,” an ophthalmic medical device implanted in Glaucoma Patients.


Worked with the President & CEO the inventor of the Ahmed Glaucoma Valve, Dr. Abdul Mateen Ahmed and also one of the founders, assisting in business practices for distribution to over 80 countries around the world.


Assisted President & CEO with international and domestic correspondence when needed.


Coordinated with Business Banking Manager for company bank account and credit card issues.


Transferred/monitored in-house transactions for proper cash flow between 5 corporate bank accounts, ensuring that all company accounts have appropriate balances on a daily basis.


Handled all accounts payable & bookkeeping for five corporations, as well as all payments to vendors/suppliers, physician payments, expense monitoring of all sales representatives on travel/state meetings, and sending payments to all conference/event companies.


Resolved all Human Resources issue, such as all employee issues, worker’s compensation insurance policies, vacations, payroll, hiring, and coaching in different departments.


Worked on two company Grants Phase 1 period on two of our Research and Development Ophthalmic products for Ophthalmic Valve Model FP7 & Model M4 for Glaucoma prevention.

Handled and distributed funding for Grant payrolls and payments to Universities or physicians on our Research and Development Grant projects for the company.
