DaVita Ontario/Chino – Facility Administrator Ontario then Chino, CA ▪ Oct. 2013- Feb. 2016


  • Ran the 24 station dialysis facility with six shifts and six days
  • Ensured all teammates practiced DaVita’s core values and mission along with compliance of P&P and teammate guidelines
  • Started up the FUN committee to boost teammate morale and patient outcomes

DaVita Ontario – Assistant Facility Administrator Ontario, CA ▪ Nov. 2011- Oct. 2013


  • Managed the overall operations for nursing services and patient care in the facility including but not limited to financial management, quality assurance and patient care, safety, risk management, teammate satisfaction, quality index scores, facility maintenance, and other required duties that may arise during the general operations.
  • Assured the safe, therapeutic nursing management of the patients. Functioning as the facility CEO and responsible for ensuring that the Governing Body enforces policies and procedures, and involved in ensuring patient bill of rights is fulfilled, and reviewing the overall functioning of the facility.

  • Developed and establish new hospital contracts and relationships
  • Audited Billing and Payroll with Accu-rates and BAR
  •  Overlooked all Nursing credentials, medical screenings and hospital HIPPA training
