Wash, cut, and prepare foods for cooking. make sure that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity, Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles, Measure ingredients required for certain foods being prep, Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work area, Clean food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, also working on many different orders at the same time, Take food and drink orders and receive payment from the customers, Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks, Clean, stock, and restock workstations, Read verbal instructions as to food required by customer, and prepare and cook food according to instructions (drive thru),Order and take delivery of supplies, cashier, inventory, closing restaurant Moping, floor, Washing Dishes, andproviding excellent customer service.
