ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerforms Daily Maintenance Engineer ChecklistCollaborates with the Regional Maintenance EngineerReports and records all property deficienciesCompletes and maintains Enterprise Asset Management LogIdentifies and reports needed repairs to the parking lot and sidewalks.
Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalksMaintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fusesMaintains all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule, and records such as maintenance in logbook and Enterprise Asset Management Maintenance CalendarReplaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring,and belts,in machines and equipmentAssists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing suppliesMaintains and services pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations.
Communicates all variances to Regional Maintenance EngineerKeeps an accurate inventory of all tools and suppliesMaintains cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lotEmpties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickupMaintains a clean and organized workshopAll other duties as assignedCOMPETENCYTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
