ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional contracting specialist performing pre-award and post-award work providing advice or guidance for contracts. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
