ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

For the NT-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-09 through 10 equivalency) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing business practices for an organization (e.g., analyzing expenditure trends; processing cost accruals, cost estimating; extracting, analyzing and presenting data from data systems) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. For the NT-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalency) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector collecting and analyzing metrics data to identify inefficient resource controls or assist in process improvement efforts. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
