IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/NETWORK)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing network design and configuration to support multiple networks across multiple geographic sites, analyzing and monitoring network performance to identify problems, and establishing policy to govern network activities. AND One year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:
1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Identifying new information or changing technology and the effects on the current operating environment and adapting work methods or processes to meet mission goals and objectives. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Working effectively with both internal and external customers and other stakeholders, anticipating and meeting customer needs and achieving results within set time frames. 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Communicating technical and programmatic information to various audiences, and making clear and convincing oral presentations. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include:
Acting decisively when timely action is needed, even in uncertain situations, or recognizing and diagnosing problems or issues and developing alternate solutions. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
