For the NT-04:
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9 - GS-10 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical and evaluative techniques in preparing and executing procurement actions (e.g. soliciting quotes, analyzing and documenting price reasonableness, completing Contract Action Reports) or coordinating contract administration for post-award contract actions (e.g., contract modifications, unilateral/administrative and bilateral actions, exercising contract options, funding actions, and no cost administrative changes to contracts, monitoring contractor performance) to ensure contract compliance. For the NT-03:
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-2 pay band (GS-5 - GS-8 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in preparing and executing procurement actions (e.g. soliciting quotes, analyzing and documenting price reasonableness, completing Contract Action Reports) or the analysis of an organization's contract administration for post-award contract actions (e.g., creating documentation in support of contract modifications, unilateral/administrative and bilateral actions, exercising contract options, funding actions, and no cost administrative changes to contracts, monitoring contractor performance) to ensure contract compliance. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
