ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9 - GS-10 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical and evaluative techniques in preparing and executing procurement actions (e.g. soliciting quotes, analyzing and documenting price reasonableness, completing Contract Action Reports) or coordinating contract administration for post-award contract actions (e.g., contract modifications, unilateral/administrative and bilateral actions, exercising contract options, funding actions, and no cost administrative changes to contracts, monitoring contractor performance) to ensure contract compliance.
