ENGINEER
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level ND-03 (GS-09/11 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer evaluating and developing technical solutions to product problems for a Vertical Launching System program.
