Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required, CPA preferred
5-7 years' progressive management experience, including 3 years' cost accounting, cost analysis and operations
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plumbing industry
Supervisory experience
JDE software experience required, JDE and Hyperion preferred
Internal Controls Management experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Able to travel up to 10%+
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide financial leadership and support for operations (manufacturing, supply chain and logistics)
Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports
Manage analysis of financial performance to the operating plans and reporting and interpret results
Assist in developing budget and financial analysis
Manage new product introduction costing and analysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
