Qualifications
We currently have an opening in our Sales Team for an Online Sales Counselor. This online position will be an opportunity for a customer focused sales agent who is internet-oriented and skilled in converting interested customers to on-site appointments. The Online Sales Counselor will respond to regional inquiries from potential homebuyers and Brokers/Agents and manage the leads for Pardee Homes. Daily activities consist of quickly and personally responding to internet, email, text, or phone inquiries within a set period of time, establishing a relationship, qualifying the lead for wants and needs, implementing a systematic CRM follow-up program, and converting an inquiry into an appointment or sale. This person will also maintain a data base of leads, review marketing materials and internet content for accuracy. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing Grand Opening priority processes. The position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
This position requires a customer-focused, computer savvy, independent self-starter with proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher), internet and social media applications. Qualified applicants will be detail-oriented, possess strong organization, prioritization and follow-through skills. Excellent internet, email composition, and telephonic communication skills are essential. Must possess a professional demeanor, excellent email/phone etiquette and be able to exercise a high level of diplomacy, tact and creativity. The successful applicant will possess a valid California BRE Salesperson or Broker's license and H.S. Diploma; some college or A.A. Degree is preferred. Online Marketing experience is helpful; 1-2 two years NEW home sales experience is beneficial.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
