VP of Sales


The Vice President of Sales & Marketing fulfills the leadership tasks and provides direction to Sales Management and Sales Administration. Specifically, the Vice President of Sales & Marketing directs, mentors and manages all sales and marketing objectives for all retail divisions of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a member of the management team to develop the basic objectives and operating plans of the business, both tactical and strategic, and provide exceptional execution of agreed upon plans.
Reflect an organization that is lean, high caliber, hard working and of critical strategic value.
Ensures the company is competitive in its market and quotes prices to maintain predetermined margins.
Responsible for developing and managing the company's sales budget, including the co-op advertisement allowances.
Responsible for overseeing important clients; aiming to meet their needs and working to increase the size of the company's customer base
Responsible for determining the best distribution methods for company products and analyzing the effectiveness of these methods; keeps track of top selling product.
Responsible for ongoing product reviews and product analysis for each division and for providing product knowledge training to Customer Care.
Responsible for training, development and overall management of the National Sales Managers.
Ensures that independent sales reps meet and/or exceed established goals, determines territory for independent reps, reviews all product as far as sales are concerned.
Responsible for establishing employee compensation/commission plans and other sales incentive programs such as those for bonuses.
Responsible for regular, ongoing staff meetings with National Sales Managers and Sales Administration Department.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
