Duties Include, but not limited to:
o Confirm receipt of customer PO receive order via fax, email, phone
o Order entry
o Print warehouse pick sheets order to warehouse timely 2-4 hours
o Invoicing
o Much time on phone with customers, sales reps
o Follow up on orders
o Follow up on customer issue close loop
o Organize multiple customer shipments on weekly basis
o Schedule with Carriers
o Process BOL's
o Constant communication and follow up with outside sales reps
o Work open/aging orders daily
o Work RMA's daily (72 hour turn-around)
o Filing
o Scanning
o Attend meetings
o Manage time & productivity

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
