PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Set-up new projects utilizing contract documents- entering job numbers and contract information- make electronic deposits- payment application- billing contract, change order and customer service work- knowledge or lien releases- maintain business licenses information.
REQUIREMENTS:
3yr of multi-company experience working with Accounts and Contracting - Experience with progressive billings- Prepare lien releases and bulder paperwork for billings- Experience with complex accounting softwareEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
