Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience in an ERP environment
Experience in food or consumer packaged goods a plus
Experience working with and/or developing meaningful operational reporting
Strong computer skills required (intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience a plus
Great Plains experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide financial analysis, and work with and coach team, to drive key performance metrics
Integral in identifying financial opportunities and leading improvement initiatives
Lead forecasting and annual budgeting process
Assist in developing new product cost estimates
Assist in capital project closing and analysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
