Parts Sales Representative


Southern California Fleet Services / Southern California Fire Services is a fleet maintenance company with 5 locations throughout southern California - headquartered in Corona. Our emergency vehicle repair division is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable parts sales person to join our team.
We are the dealer for several manufacturers and have parts contracts with municipalities throughout So Cal. The parts sales person would be responsible for day to day sales for both in house repairs and over the counter sales.
We are a dealer for Cummins engines, Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Boise Mobile Equipment, Braun Ambulance, and Emergency Vehicles, Inc.
Responsibilities:
Recommend and sale manufacturer's and aftermarket parts according to established goals.
Conduct research on part numbers to facilitate the sale of parts.
Coordinate parts orders and shipments to customers.
Provide customer assistance on shipping issues and backorders.
Facilitate the processing of customer returns and credit requests.

Qualifications:
Fire apparatus parts or similar work in a retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of rescue vehicle or similar parts and components with strong communication skills
Highly motivated to take care of current customer base and acquire new business in a cold call environment.
Practical computer experience is required.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
