NMCI Support Analyst with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
o Respond to new service requests, changes, incidents, and cancellations of NMCI Services for NSWC Coronao Execute Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, buildouts, and other related NMCI business processes.o Communicate updates and changes to the NMCI catalog of services to ACTRs and customers.o Support on-premises NMCI hardware inventory such as monitors, keyboards, peripherals and computers for distribution to ACTRs and customerso Support for tech refreshes and inventory, to include but not limited to, unloading pallets, moving, stocking, accounting, barcoding, tagging, affixing labels and recording and producing data and reports required for revenue collection and reconciliation activitieso Support NMCI contract line items including software, services and work requestsRequired:
o DOD Secret Security Clearance - or a clearance within the past 24 months.o NMCI support and with NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) experience Recommended Skills Business Processes Unloading Safety Principles Labeling Computer Keyboards Stock Control Apply to this job. n Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
