Job Description:
Minimum two (2) years' experience in payroll, timekeeping, or related field.
Minimum one (1) year experience working with union contracts and pay practices.
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR Minimum four (4) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
Preferred Skills Needed :
Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
One (1) year experience in training delivery (large audience preferred), One (1) year experience developing training curriculum or working with adult learning theory One (1) year experience working in a unionized or labor/management partnership environment.
One (1) year experience working with Excel.
Two (2) years customer service experience.
Two (2) years experience working with timekeeping systems.
One (1) year experience working in a call center.
