Job Description:

Primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.

Receipt in Lender/ Buyer Funds, work closely with Escrow to provide in office support, fulfilling prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.

This is a high volume, production role consisting of 6.5 hours of daily processing. Tasks are repetitive and not customer facing.

Managers will meet with worker on a monthly basis to review production numbers and train on new tasks. Candidate starts with 2 assigned processes/tasks, eventually building up to 15 processes once they have mastered previous tasks.

Skills

Strong customer service skills Competent with Microsoft Office Experience, Time Management, Leadership Skills, Team Player.

Escrow/industry experience nice to have.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
