Responsibilities and authority:
The Mill Operator is responsible for all setups and operations of the CNC Milling Machines and Routers.
He/She operates the milling equipment using all safety precautions according to the production schedule as set forth by the tooling or operations manager.
The mill operator reports all machine malfunctions and required tool replacements to the tooling and/or operations manager.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing Production floor plan- This position works in a dusty and noisy environment.
- The CNC Mill Operator routinely lifts up to 30 lbs.
