Behavior Technician
Working directly with clients and providing 1:
1 ABA therapy within the clients home, school, and/or community settings.
Implement the treatment plan that has been prescribed by the BCBAWorking closely with program managers and BCBA'sSupporting families with day to day activities as outlined in the treatment planImplement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to increase skill acquisition and modify maladaptive behaviorsData CollectionBuild positive and professional relationships with clients and familiesAttend and participate in company trainings to increase knowledge of ABA.
Requirements:
Must be 18 or olderMust have a high school diploma or equivalent6 Months or more of experience working with children or individuals with Autism and related disorders is preferred.
If you do not have experience, we will train you!Willing to obtain RBT certification ( We will provide access to the 40 hour training and reimburse examination costs)Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (We will provide assistance if you are not certified)Reliable transportation and/or Valid Driver's License and Auto InsuranceAbility to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting and pass a background checkAbility to provide negative TB test resultsAvailable to work afternoon shifts (2:
