Summary:
Experience with accurate and timely financial reporting.
Process payroll, assist with processing company invoices for installation and service customers, and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Assist in collections and resolve customer billing questions or inquiries.
This position will also assist with efficient internal controls and adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures.
Responsible for payables.
HR experience is a plus.
Required
Qualifications:
Three years of bookkeeping experience, service or contractor-related experience is highly preferred High school diploma or its equivalent Ability to multi-task Proficient in typing and data entry Customer service skills Must be well-organized Must have the ability to work independently and to follow through on projects.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and explain bookkeeping details with clarity.
Advanced Microsoft Office product skillset, particularly Excel Experience with Vista software is a huge plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
