Responsibilities:
Receive shipping document from oversea vendors and confirm accurate item, purchase order information; Ensure import documentation is submitted to customs brokers.
Check status of shipments and ensure customs and freight is cleared.
Track shipment for delivery to warehouse.
Coordinate with vendors on product returns and credits Manage branches inventory transfer process to ensure timeliness and efficiency of all transfers Support purchasing department in additional tasks as required Requirements:
1-2 years of logistic/general business experience Excellent MS Excel skills with strong mathematical abilities Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Detail oriented Good verbal and written skills ACM Technologies, Inc.
