Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, emails and taking messages - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes, memos, and other documents as needed Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars -Other related job assigned
Qualifications:
-Bilingual Preferred -Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software systems quickly -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information -Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines Job Type:
