ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; reporting, recognition, and moral.
Handles administration of workers' compensation claims.
Build HRIS system with employee data and run reports for workforce analytics.
Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and management, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
This position requires a B.
A.
or B.
S.
and/or equivalent HR experience.
