Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Answers email inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Assist with ad hoc requests around the office Requirements Previous experience in a customer service/support role Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Bilingual (spanish) High school degree Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:
30 PM.
Must be flexible to work different or additional hours when needed.
Must have reliable transportation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
