We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Corona based Office.
This position will be assisting with general office duties for our growing company.
We are confident that we can train the right person into the position with the day-to-day tasks consisting of:
Tasks:
- Answering incoming phone call into the office - Assisting with accounts payables - Assisting with reviewing and processing payroll using Paychex Flex accurately and Bi-Weekly.
- Assisting with employee recordkeeping, information, and questions.
- Coordinate with HR/Payroll as necessary to achieve corporate goals and resolve any issues.
- Maintain compliance with local, State, and Federal laws.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience (preferred) - Bilingual (preferred) - Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook) - 1
year(s) using Paychex operating systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
