Trailing Docs Analyst I
Overview:
Receives mail, opening, sorting, reconciling daily mail.
Assisting in satisfying investor and PRMG SLAs preparing and tracking deliver of final docs.
Assists in opening, preparing, and tracking original documents received.
Monitoring timely reviews of each document received for accuracy.
Works with team members to deliver documents to the appropriate personal for a second review and delivery to custodian banks or purchasing investors.

Essential Job Functions:
Confidentiality:
Maintains high level of confidentiality.
Communication:
Liaises with postal carriers and investor point of contact team membersOrganization:
Ensures and maintains reporting, to track received documents, location of the documents, reviews each details verifying the documents belong to PRMG and are accurate.
Corresponding with investor POCs identifying any correction needed.
Coordination:
On occasion may liaise with title, escrow, investorsEquipment:
Uses such office equipment as telephone, computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
Physical:
Sits and stands for extended time periods.
Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with mail couriers, PRMG personal.
Receiving sorting, reconciling daily mail Confirms all received documents are accurate, scanned, and uploaded Manages original documents filed, monitoring documents purchased and non-purchased Prepares and delivers original documents as outlined by PRMG and each Investor Calls to retrieve missing recording pages Tracks reporting daily, weekly, monthly as determined by management Ensures that good business practices are promoted in a courteous, effective, efficient, and timely manner.
Reviews completed work and monitors quality on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Two-year experience preferred but not required Proficient knowledge of mortgage delivery systems and private investor loan delivery requirements.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technologically proficient in MS Windows software Education:
High school diploma or equivalentTravel:
