is seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team.
We are a small, family-oriented construction company in Corona, CA.
As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the office environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide general administrative support such as managing emails, organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, and data entry.
Schedule and coordinate shipping, such as FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for staff, as needed.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
No experience necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
