The ideal candidate will have a construction background, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, including job costing, timecard processing, and light payroll.
The successful candidate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Manage time efficently Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
Organize files and maintain accurate records.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
