Plant Manager

Our client is seeking a Plant Manager for their growing, non-union medical device manufacturing facility located in Corona, CA.
This key position acts as a change agent and serves as an integral part of the companys growth.
Candidates must have industry experience building and managing teams capable of scaling in response to strategic business objectives in a fast-paced technical environment.
This manufacturing facility operates 2 shifts per day Monday through Friday.
Weekend production hours are scheduled as needed to ensure production goals are achieved.
Essential Job Functions Oversee all aspects of the business through strategic leadership and effective tactical management.
Coach, engage and direct staff to deliver operational results that meet and exceed organizational expectations for performance goals, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, absenteeism, training, compliance, communications, etc.
Collaborate with functional leaders for effective deployment of functional strategies, initiatives and programs that affect the location(s), and ensure all teams are strategically aligned with the Companys goals.
Oversee new product development and launch by working closely with the associated functional areas including, marketing, sales, quality, and R&D.
Create and manage capital budgets, long range site and facility master plans in order to meet growth objectives.
Drive team development and performance, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field 7-10 years of plant leadership experience with at least some of those years serving at the Site or Plant Manager level.
Experience in contract manufacturing of medical devices, medically related products or pharmaceuticals required.
? Previous manufacturing management experience in the State of California, to ensure knowledge of CA employment laws Proven ability to effectively lead with minimal supervision, demonstrating an entrepreneurial attitude.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations and clean room operations Self-motivated, proactive with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment Must demonstrate enthusiasm, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, commitment and follow-through Salary and Benefits Salary Range $170,000 - $200,000 plus bonus potential Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Paid time off from work 401k Wellness Program Relocation package available Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Strategies Cleanrooms Coaching And Mentoring Communication Employee Engagement Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
