Home Health RN is responsible for traveling to a patients' home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Traveling to patients' homes to evaluate and assess patients medical condition as ordered and report any change Provides, coordinates, and directs home nursing care according to physician orders and agency policies Establish, implement, and revise plan of care and reevaluate patient needs Travel on average 175-250 miles Average 25-35 visits per week EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Active/unrestricted RN License 2 years of recent home health experience Recommended Skills Nursing Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
