is looking for an addition to join our team! Infinity Plumbing Designs, Inc.
is a well-established production and service plumbing company.
We work with top home builder to build homes and communities for first time home buyers to empty nester, as well as rental properties and multi-family buildings.
We have an opening in our Accounting Department for a full time Accounting Administrative Assistant.
The individual we are seeking must be a problem solver, analytical, detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal directions.
What you'll be doing:
Audits Invoice Processing Coding Vouchers Working in Builder Portals Data entry Customer Communication Business to Business Collections Creating and processing Pre-Liminary Notices Requesting and processing Releases Clerical and Admin Functions such as Scanning, Filing, Etc.
General Department Support What you'll need:
Team Player mindset with the willingness to jump in and help when needed Experience with Pre-liminary Notices & Releases is Preferred but not required Experience in Construction Billing and Builder Portals is Preferred but not required Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to learn new systems Microsoft Office:
