Must be able to configure products on the manufacture's web site.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties The ability to handle heavy phones, emails and process orders daily.
Our product lines have numerous part numbers, as well as multipliers, and a large amount of technical data so details are a critical part of processing orders.
Qualifications and Skills 60-75 Customer Service emails, ongoing phone calls and processing customer orders, quotes on price and availability.
Confirming factory and in-house orders as well as processing factory and in-house product return paperwork.
Seven years experience in a professional environment is preferred.
Must be a team player.
College coursework, Microsoft Office and MAS90/Sage100 experience a plus.
Minimum requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word - Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter - Understand internal processes and be able to resolve client issues quickly - Remain composed, attentive, understanding, and pleasant with customers & staff - Display organizational and prioritization skills - Maintain good attendance record and punctuality Job Type:
