The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer calls and emails, prioritizing the customer response queue, and dispatching technicians to jobs.
We're looking for a professional who will accurately record requests received from customers and coordinate their requests with our technicians' schedules.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates service resources.
Quote estimating and delivery.
Input information into the ServiceTrade system.
Maintain accurate history and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other depts Generates service calls, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.
Process quotes from techs via ServiceTrade and review each quote to add or remove items as needed.
Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technicians.
Interface with technicians and supervisors on any issues relating to quotes.
Coordinate parts and techs to accomplish repairs.
Review service calls and process billings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
