Customer Service/Customer CommunicationComplete welcome call Schedule with customer (PSA, Install, Inspection, Service Calls) Update customer on project milestones (Design Completion, Permit submittals, Permit status, Delays, Install, Inspection, Service calls, PTO) Calls and updates are expected to be completed on a weekly basis Project CoordinationCreate Install Job Packets (Site Survey Checklist, Install Checklist, Inspection Checklist, Permit, Job Card, Approved plans, C02 form) Submit/Track Meterspots for MPU's Process HOA paperwork for approvals Create Inspection packets (Site Survey Checklist, Install Checklist, Inspection Checklist, Permit, Job Card, Approved plans, C02 form) Manage PipelineUse reports and dashboards to track/manage pipeline Work with team members to make sure no projects get delayed Ensure timeline requirements are relayed to management and any potential pipeline problems are addressed with management Manage Calendar Entries/SchedulingFollow GDP calendar entry guidelines for scheduling (PSA, Install, Inspection, Service Calls) CRM/Salesforce Make sure all project updates/info are documented in Salesforce for every step of the process.
Update Weekly call notes/dates for all customer communications.
Qualifications:

High School or equivalent with minimum 2 years customer service experience Knowledge of various software platforms such as:
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, Google Suites, CRM platforms.
Salesforce experience preferred.
