The ideal candidate for this entry level job will be required to assist their assigned Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, drawings reviews, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Support assigned Project Manager in coordinating various projects Assess current inventory, perform production planning, and update schedules Process purchase orders based on current production schedule and parts usage Create packing lists and invoices for customers Consistently meet all responsibilities and complete required activities with the highest levels of integrity, collaboration, and transparency.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required.
Office Experience Preferred.
Superior communication and organization development skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational skills with attention to detail required.
Ability to complete projects alongside the Project Manager under strict deadlines Produce efficient and effective work under minimal supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Preferred Ability to carry boxes weighing 25-40 lbs.
