The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in AR and AP.
This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Accounting Clerk performs routine accounting activities such as:
Code, total, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions such as accounts payables, invoicing, ACH payments, and credit cards.
Split vendor invoicing between entities and intercompany billings.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Requesting W-9 and maintaining Vendor 1099 information for corporate.
Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
Remote and manual deposit processing and recording.
Merging and file management of corporate paperless system.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A basic understanding of accounting principles.
Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
Requires 3 years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field a plus.
