Position
Summary:
The IT Program Manager will provide managerial oversight in accomplishing all strategic contractual objectives as it pertains to Program and/or Task Order deliverables, budgeting and schedule.
Research, plan, pilot, document, communicate, implement and coordinate company and customer goals.
The IT Program Manager will provide overall team leadership and coordinate personnel training and development.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance for all program activities and task orders.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
Lead teams using an Agile methodology, across multiple interrelated projects to ensure their deliverables are coordinated and schedules are met.
Gather, define, and track requirements, coordinate and facilitate meetings and technical discussions, and translate and brief technical concepts and requirements to non-technical audiences.
Recruit, train, assign, and coach personnel assigned to the program; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, assess, and review job contributions; plan and review compensation actions; enforce corporate policies and procedures.
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
Enhance personal, company, and customer reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring methodologies to add value to the program; and investigate new business opportunities to enable professional and company growth.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Ten (10) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following activities:
Serving as primary POC for the program for all technical, cost, schedule, and performance issues Utilizing project scheduling and project tools such as MS Project Working within an Agile environment Planning and coordinating all program activities, including installation and upgrading of hardware/software, programming and system design, development/modification of networks, and implementing internet and intranet sites Gathering, defining, and tracking requirements Translating and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audience, including users, vendors, and stakeholders Supervisory experience must include developing program metrics, budgets and schedules and coordinating efforts of multiple task activities.
Experience must include knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Security Clearance:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
