Summary:
The position of Collections will require that the employee make a high volume of phone calls/emails to resolve collection issues.
Issues that are not received need to be communicated with management on a timely basis.
Essential Job Functions:
Collections:
Providing customer service regarding collection issues and resolve customer discrepancies Monitor and maintain assigned accounts for collections Enlist the efforts of sales management when necessary to accelerate the collection process Communicate and follow up effectively with management regarding customer accounts on a timely basis Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers High volume phones calls to assigned delinquent customers Review Accounts for pending claims and update claim log Request offset of credit/debits to management Position Requirements:
Advanced Excel and Word skills 10 Key By Touch SAP Experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Must be a team player and able to work with other individuals in and outside the department (at various levels) in a positive manner Must be organized and recognize & meet deadlines Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to research, problem solve, and identify solutions Superior attention to detail Self-motivated Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
