Finance Manager at CIRCOR International in Corona, CA

CIRCOR Aerospace is searching for a Finance Manager to join its Corona team with a primary focus on accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business partner support to Manufacturing/Operations. Principal Activities Serves as a business partner with operations to ensure continuous improvement via execution to plan for direct material productivity, labor productivity, and working capital productivity (inventory and accounts payable). Analyze month end and month to date financial and statistical data to understand the drivers for variances from budget/forecast/prior year and develop improvement plans with operations. Coordinate the monthly/quarterly/annual financial cycles for the manufacturing plant, including management reporting requirements. Maintain the standard cost environment, including overseeing the annual cost roll process. Maintain procedures and controls to ensure the control environment and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Provide support to strategic corporate initiatives and projects:
presentations, complex scenarios analyses, financial modeling, etc. Support, and at times lead, continuous improvement initiatives in the business for Operations and Finance across all sites as needed Liaise with segment/corporate accounting, internal and external auditors as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably including cost accounting and Operations support in a public company setting. 7 years
of accounting/finance experience, with public accounting experience preferred. Three to five years supervisory experience, leading teams directly as a supervisor or indirectly as a project leader/functional leader in a matrix structure. Experience with JDE and/or IFS preferred.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
