We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team.
As a Sanitation Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facility.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Manage and perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established sanitation procedures - Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and free from debris - Follow proper cleaning techniques and use appropriate cleaning agents - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Launder and maintain cleanliness of towels, linens, and other items as required - Perform routine inspections to identify areas that require additional attention - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or commercial cleaning preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team if required - Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Physically capable of performing strenuous tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.
