Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and needsProvide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groupsCollaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care and support clients' overall wellnessAdvocate for clients' rights and access to community resources and support servicesDocument client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health recordsParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledgeRequirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited programCurrent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the stateMinimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work servicesProficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plansStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populationsCommitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practiceBenefitsPay and
