Description General Expectations:
This position will manage all of the operations of all local and international service opportunities as well as oversee all administrative functions of the Global Outreach department.
This position will perform a variety of project management duties, administrative tasks, and coordinating with non-profit partners to ensure our congregation can participate in a variety of international and local serve opportunities.
Essential Job Functions1.
Project manage all international mission trips and local serve projects Conducts interviews for prospective team members to determine eligibility for out-of-country travel Coordinates team meetings and attend when needed or necessary Coordinates a mutually beneficial trip, for missionaries and participants alike, while maintaining the goals of evangelism, servitude, and spiritual development Coordinates travel arrangements for all short-term mission trips Collects all travel monies from team members during trip prep meetings, and assists with fundraising events, ideas, and support Completes in-country spending reconciliations and actual cost stats for each mission trip, using data to create accurate spending forecasts of future trips Coordinates details for local serve opportunities and maintains records of people from Crossroads who serve in all of our international and local opportunities in our CCB database Shopping for all supplies for both local serve projects and international missions' trips Plan and coordinate all logistics for onsite events (i.
e.
Draft Day, GO Weekend, etc.

Manages all administrative functions of the Office of Global Outreach by providing organization,communication, customer service and the follow-through required for the department to perform with excellence Performs financial reconciliation and check requests.
Submits all check requests, monthly giving to partners, and all purchase requests for both local and international Manages budgets for both local and international Pull financial reports and ensure local and international are on track financially Makes all communications requests according to department guidelines for all GO projects Books all on campus & off campus events.
Directs incoming communication to the proper party3.
Support Child Sponsorship Programs Maintains database Communicates with donors Coordinates special gifts from donors to children during trips Oversee Child sponsorship by creating event planning and recruitment 4.
Manages Global Outreach Social Media platforms Creates content Responds to messages Develops and executes a strategy to keep people informed of ministry initiatives and projects Develop a social media team Train International leads and Local leads to develop and further social media strategyThe above summary of duties represents the major tasks and duties.

Requirements Education and ExperienceThis position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or the equivalent in vocational ministry experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
