Systems Administrator III with Security Clearance
Mount Indie is presently collaborating with our Small Business Prime in the bidding phase for a contract to deliver IT and Cyber Security services to the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations DepartmentThis contract provides support to diverse units, encompassing the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services, and Cyber SecurityIn alignment with this initiative, we are actively seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator:
Daily responsibilities include:
oAdministering, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining operating system and related softwareoEstablishing and implementing standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parametersoTroubleshooting and resolving software, operating system, and networking problemsoScheduling and monitoring system backups and, when necessary, performing data recoveriesoInstallation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentationoMaintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection servicesoTraining staff on software applicable to their position, assist customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applicationsPosition requirements:
