Systems Administrator - Lead with Security Clearance
Overview Bowhead seeks to network with a Systems Administrator - Lead to support an upcoming effort (NSWC Corona IT proposal) in Corona, CAResponsibilitieso Systems Administrator administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers.o Installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.o Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives are maintained and up to date with respect to certificationso Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services.o Lead Systems Administrator trains staff on software applicable to their position, assists customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applicationsQualifications o Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldo Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in complex system design, programming, systems software, and supporto Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basisSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold a Secret Security ClearanceUS Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this locationPhysical Demands:
