The Art Director oversees the creation and implementation process of designs and art pieces throughout Monster Energy CompanyThey bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the positionArt Directors are responsible for bringing concepts to life by guiding a team of designers to produce exceptional creativity that is up to par with individual brand standardsThey monitor projects throughout the production stages including designing, editing, and printingThe Creative Director has a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with diverse audiences.
Essential Job Functions:
oDesign and produce innovative, on-brand packaging, print, and point-of-sale solutions for the Monster family of brands.
oPotentially design products for line extensions - Pick colors and oversee press checks.
oSpecifically focus on the strategic brands sold internationally.
oDevelop new innovative POS looks a feels for these brands Promotions.
oMaster at Typography and Logo Creation.
oArt Direct Photo shoots with Athletes and High Profile talent - Sometimes overseas.
oExpedites the inevitable rush jobs.
oWork with Creative Director and staff members from sales and marketing to conceptualize and produce creative solutions that meet business requirement.
Position Requirements:
oMinimum of 5-10 years of experience working as print graphic designer for large consumer and/or lifestyle brands.
oSuperior interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
oHighly motivated, self-managed individual.
oHighly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Color adjustment and photo retouching a mustFamiliar with 3D programs is a bonus.
oAbility to concept a campaign that can bridge multiple platforms, Print, Web, Video and think about how they can be executed creatively in their end medium.
oExperience Art Directing large scale photo shoots.
oFull understanding of print production processes.
oMovie poster design a huge plus.

oGood judgment, strategic thinking, vision and mission.

EDUCATIONoBachelor degree in design or related studies, or equivalent technical trade degree or experience in graphic design.
Salary Range USD 107,800.
00 to USD 124,800.
