About the PositionHP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Retail Sales Advocate in your area! In this role, you will be responsible for visiting 1 - 4 stores per day based on needOur Sales Advocate will effectively drive and increase sales by training retail associates on HP products as well as creating buzz and excitement around the HP brandAs a HP Representative, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the retail presence through store displays, product placement, and building rapport within your territory to put HP front and center within the retail environment.
Day-in-the-Life as a HP Retail Sales AdvocateDemonstrateHP products to store management, staff & customersat retailers in assigned territoryIncrease sales and product awareness through training and hands-on consumer facing activitiesAchieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basisBuild rapportwithinterritoryat each retailerwith store management and staffSchedule and facilitate sales and product trainingsAssess and communicateneeds such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc.
Assess customer needsandmake product recommendations that are applicable to their everyday lifeDocument and report sales, schedules, activities and best practicesCollect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendationsSet and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followedCoach and mentor part-time co-workers Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversightWhat's in it for You?Paid Weekly, Starting at $17.
