SUMMARY of Position:
Responsible for assembling complex safety interlocked modules, all sub-assemblies, and complex assembly of enclosures with wire harnesses while under the general supervision of the production supervisor and department lead.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use small hand tools, measuring tools and drill motors.
May perform complex mechanical assembly and would be responsible for fitting, aligning, or adjusting of components and/or assemblies.
Will perform troubleshooting all rework related to operations.
Practices ESL's core values daily.
Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
Abide by all safety processes and procedures ESL has set forth, including 5S.
Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

of assembly or related experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, or other written/verbal instructions.
Knowledge in the following:
electrical wiring, mechanical switches, wire terminating, and soldering.
Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills.
Read, write, and communicate in English.
Be able to multitask.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
